Install KlinikFlow on the reception computer, answer the first-run setup, add your staff and prices, and open the doors — most clinics are ready the same afternoon. Free for 30 days.
Version 2.0.0 is for clinics, polyclinics and nursing homes — outpatients, pharmacy, lab and radiology, and beds and wards. Installing it over an earlier version keeps every record.

curl -fsSL https://klinikflow.in/downloads/klinikflow/install.sh | sudo bashCheck the download against its SHA-256 checksums. The bare program, without an installer: Windows, Linux.
Earlier versions: 1.1.5 for Windows, .deb, .rpm (checksums); 1.1.4 for Windows, Linux (checksums). Installing 2.0.0 over any of them keeps every record.
KlinikFlow Connect, for a lab analyser or imaging machine cabled to another computer, or a clinic on KlinikFlow Cloud: Windows, .deb, .rpm (checksums) — or from KlinikFlow’s Settings → Connect.
Free for 30 days; then a plan. Your patients’ records stay on your computer: KlinikFlow sends nothing about them to anyone. Updates are announced inside KlinikFlow when a newer version is out.
KlinikFlow Cloud runs online at app.klinikflow.in
One ordinary Windows or Linux PC, left on during clinic hours. Everything else uses it over the clinic’s network.
From above: accept the terms, then take KlinikFlow-Setup-2.0.0.exe for Windows, or the .deb (Ubuntu, Debian, Mint) or .rpm (Fedora, Rocky) for Linux.
Double-click the download and choose Yes when Windows asks for permission. Then: Next, accept the terms, Next, Install, Finish.
Double-click the .deb or .rpm: it opens in the software centre — choose Install and give the computer’s password.
Open http://localhost:8080 on the reception computer. The setup asks once, and every answer can be changed later in Settings.
Its name, address and phone — printed on every bill, prescription and slip. Add the logo here or later.
Your own name and a PIN of your choosing. The owner adds everybody else and can see everything.
A folder on a USB drive or a second disk. KlinikFlow copies the clinic’s records there every day by itself.
Accept the terms and the privacy statement. The daily check-in box is ticked: it tells AshuLabs the copy is in use — never a patient. Untick it if you prefer.
Signed in as the owner. Each takes a few minutes; do the first three before the first patient.
Staff → add each person: receptionist, doctor, nurse, lab, pharmacist. Each signs in with their own PIN and sees only their own work.
Rate card: consultation fees, lab tests, procedures, packages. Every bill takes its prices from here, so nobody types a price at the desk.
For each doctor: the days and hours they sit, and slots or tokens. Appointments and the day book follow.
Letterhead and Branding: the bill, prescription and slip on your own letterhead — or on pre-printed paper. Choose 80mm or A4 receipts.
Add medicines with batches and expiry, or receive them from a supplier’s bill. On Tax, say whether the clinic is registered for GST.
Your UPI ID puts a QR for the amount on every unpaid bill. Reminders go on WhatsApp from the clinic’s own phone, at no cost.
Every other computer, tablet or phone on the clinic Wi-Fi opens KlinikFlow in its browser — nothing to install on them.
Settings shows the reception computer’s address on the clinic network, like http://192.168.1.20:8080. Type it on each device and bookmark it.
For a doctor’s or nurse’s phone: open the secure address Settings shows (port 8443), install the clinic’s certificate once, then Add to home screen.
Once the desk sees the first patient, the rest follows by itself.
Register the patient by phone number, collect the fee, print the token slip. Returning patients are found by phone, name, number or token.
The patient appears in the doctor’s queue. Notes, the prescription (in English and the patient’s language), tests and a review date.
Reports → the day’s registers and money, as PDF or a spreadsheet. The backup runs by itself.
