A new copy runs with every part switched on for thirty days, the last week shown on every screen. Settings → Plan shows the day of the trial and what the clinic uses.
When the trial or a plan ends, the clinic is on the free plan. A single-doctor clinic carries on billing. A bigger clinic’s new bills wait until a plan is chosen — care already begun is never stopped.
On any plan, and after one ends, every record stays readable, printable, exportable and backed up.
The plans and the free plan come with KlinikFlow 3.0. On version 2.0.0, a clinic past its trial needs a licence, which keeps every part of KlinikFlow; how licences work.
