These terms cover KlinikFlow — the clinic edition installed on a clinic’s computer and KlinikFlow Cloud at app.klinikflow.in — and this website, provided by AshuLabs (“we”, “us”), Bengaluru, India. Using KlinikFlow means agreeing to them, together with the licence terms KlinikFlow shows at setup and the privacy policy. If anything is unclear, ask us.
1. KlinikFlow
KlinikFlow is software for clinics, polyclinics and nursing homes: registration, consultation, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, wards and billing. The clinic edition runs on a computer the clinic owns and looks after; KlinikFlow Cloud is hosted by us. We may add, change or retire features, and will tell customers of significant changes in advance.
2. Not a clinician
KlinikFlow keeps records and does arithmetic; it does not replace a clinician’s judgement. We give no warranty that it is fit for any particular clinical purpose. Scores, alerts, suggested codes, interactions and anything written from speech are aids to be checked by the clinician responsible. The clinic is responsible for what it records, prints and prescribes, and for meeting the rules that apply to it.
3. Logins
- The clinic’s owner decides who is given a login and what each person may see, and is responsible for activity under the clinic’s logins.
- Each person keeps their own PIN or password to themselves.
- If you suspect a login has been misused, tell us at once at app@klinikflow.in.
4. Trial, plans and payment
- Every new copy has a 30-day trial with everything switched on.
- After it, the clinic chooses a plan, paid a year at a time (or as the plan says). Prices are shown before anything is charged.
- A free plan for a single doctor is provided as it is, without a service-level promise, and may change with reasonable notice.
- If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you can ask for a full refund within 15 days of buying it. After that, refunds are considered case by case.
- When a licence or plan ends, every record stays readable, printable and backed up; see if a licence runs out.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use KlinikFlow for anything unlawful; not to reverse engineer, decompile or get around its licence check; not to resell, sublicense or share a licence with another clinic; not to disrupt KlinikFlow Cloud or reach another clinic’s data; and not to upload malicious code. If we find misuse we may suspend access, and will try to resolve it with you first unless it is urgent.
6. Your data
Your data is your data. Patient records, prescriptions, results and bills belong to the clinic. We claim no ownership of them, never sell them, and on KlinikFlow Cloud process them only to run KlinikFlow for you. On the clinic edition they stay on your computer, and keeping its backups is the clinic’s responsibility. See the privacy policy.
7. Availability
The clinic edition runs whenever the clinic’s computer does. For KlinikFlow Cloud we aim for at least 99.9% uptime on paid plans, announce planned maintenance at least 48 hours ahead and in quiet hours where we can, and work to restore service quickly after an unplanned outage, keeping you informed.
8. Intellectual property
KlinikFlow, its code and design, and the KlinikFlow and AshuLabs names and marks belong to AshuLabs. A licence lets the clinic use KlinikFlow; it does not transfer any of them.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, AshuLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, such as lost profits or business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what the clinic paid us in the 12 months before it. On the free plan, our liability is limited to making reasonable efforts to resolve the problem. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law does not allow to be waived.
10. Ending
- You can stop using KlinikFlow at any time.
- We may end access for a breach of these terms, with 30 days’ notice and a chance to put it right except where it is urgent.
- If we ever discontinue KlinikFlow, we will give at least 30 days’ notice.
- Before a KlinikFlow Cloud account closes, the clinic can export its records; we keep them 30 days in case you change your mind, then delete them unless the law requires otherwise.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru. Please talk to us first; most things are settled by a conversation.
12. Changes
We give at least 30 days’ notice of a material change, by email or in KlinikFlow, before it takes effect. Small corrections may be made without notice. If you do not agree to a change, you may stop using KlinikFlow and export your data first.
